About the Exhibit

Faced with resistance from forces internal, external, real, or imagined, artists are challenged to forge new paths. Themes of redemption, escape, action, death and rebirth are borne from the challenge of “Moving Forward.” Sean Mullaney, artist and curator, has brought together a wide-ranging group of artists working in a variety of media, each with a close connection to the Clifton Cultural Arts Center, to interpret these ideas.
