A Rare and Remarkable Opportunity The guiding vision of CCAC is one of a dynamic and collaborative civic hub – a bustling hive of artistic activity and personal expression where people of all ages and backgrounds, from all over Greater Cincinnati, will come and go from morning until evening. But unlike any typical community arts center, CCAC is uniquely inspired and endowed by the opportunity to create an unparalleled, multi-venue campus while preserving two significant historic buildings adjacent to the established Clifton Recreation Center.
Cincinnati-based KZF Design is providing architectural, interior design, engineering and planning services for all phases of CCAC renovation on both the 1906 School and the McDonald Carriage House.
KZF Design has over fifty years of experience specializing in work from small to very large, complex projects – from purely functional buildings to high-image, award-winning designs and from conventional project delivery to design-build. "The Cultural Studio at KZF Design is committed to revitalizing the Arts through contemporary interpretations and historic renovations. We look forward to working with the CCAC's Board to make their vision for Cultural Arts in Clifton a reality, while helping to rejuvenate two historic landmarks in one of Cincinnati's most architecturally significant neighborhoods." |
