Rent The Space
In addition to providing space for classes, exhibits, and events, CCAC is delighted to provide space for private events. Please consider having your wedding, retirement party, birthday party, or other special celebration with us – you can enjoy our unique, historic space while also getting the warm fuzzy feeling of knowing you are helping support our ongoing work.

Auditorium
Capacity - 180 people
Base Rental Rate - $1,000 for up to 8 hours (including set up and break down time)
Grand Lobby
Capacity - 196 people
Base Rental Rate - $800 for up to 8 hours (including set up and break down time), also including use of Gallery and private veranda
Gallery
Capacity 96 people
Base Rental Rate - $120 per hour
Classrooms
Capacity 48 people
Base Rental Rate - $70 per hour
Please note these rates are for private events – we have special rates for artists and arts groups using the spaces for public events.
