How Your Donation Will Help

CCAC's immediate focus is securing charitable gifts and grants for renovation of the Carriage House and the 1906 Clifton School building. Estimated cost for the Carriage House is $700,000.

The School renovation will occur in three phases. Phase 1, building code compliance, an elevator and the auditorium, is estimated at $1.85 million. Phase 2, major building systems and air conditioning, is estimated at $4.2 million. Phase 3, general exterior and interior improvements, is estimated at $2.8 million.
