Carriage House Floor Plans, Costs & Schedule
The Carriage House renovation will include the entire structure, to provide 4,000 sq. ft. of multifunctional space ideally suited for studios, workshops and art classes, exhibits and events, and for artists-in-residence. Its location immediately adjacent to the new Fairview German Language Elementary School also provides a perfect opportunity for educational partnership programs. CCAC's immediate focus is securing charitable gifts and grants for renovation of the Carriage House, estimated to cost $700,000.
